• Why every business needs a website?

We only support websites that are completely created by us. We stand by this policy because there are issues of liability while multiple programmers work on the same code time and again.
• Actually, I know nothing about websites. How does this website process work?

• How long does it take to build a website?

For a simple website with a few pages and basic features, it may take only a few weeks to build. For a larger and more complex website, it may take several months or more to complete. It is difficult to give a specific time frame without knowing more about the specific requirements of the website
• How does the payment process work?
  We have made the payment process simpler and more affordable. At the beginning of the project, the customer will have to pay a 50% deposit. 25% will be collected after we finalize the design with the customer and before entering the programming stage of the site. The rest 25% is collected once we complete our work on the site and before launching.

• How much do you charge for web hosting?
  We have different packages for web hosting. For example, you will have to pay around Rs. 2000 per year for a small business package and approximately Rs. 5000+ per year for an ECommerce website. Our yearly packages also include the cost to upgrade your website and fix the security issues if required. It also covers the charges for small site content changes and phone support
• Will you provide a full copy/backup of the website if requested?
  Yes. Since you are the complete owner of the site we created for you, upon your request we will provide you with a one-time full backup of your website at no cost. If you need additional backups we will charge only a minimal cost of our service.
• Will you refund my hosting fee?
  Regrettably no. We do not offer refunds for hosting fees.
• Am I the owner of my website?
  Who else is the owner of your website?! The website we build for you will be 100% yours. Since you are the complete owner of the website, if you decide, for any reason, to approach another web development company for the service we will happily help you make the transition as easy as possible. • On what platforms do you create your websites?
  For all our websites we exclusively use WordPress and Drupal Open Source CMS (Content Management System) platforms. Being an expert with WordPress and Drupal, our web development company creates the best website designs for our customers.
• Will you help me source stock photos for my website?
  Sure. We will help you source stock photos for your website as it is included in our web design and development services. We will be using stock photo sites like www.shutterstock.com and www.istock.com for this purpose. We also provide our clients with some expert photo and videographers for custom photos and videos for their website.
• Will you help me write content for my website?
  Of course, we will help you. As a web design and development company copywriting and editing are included in our services.
